Joy's Thai Cuisine

Joy's isn't a huge place, but that's part of what makes it great. It's smaller and cozy. You can carry on a conversation with the person you're with and not struggle to hear them. The food, is simply amazing. They're red curry was to die for. I've also had their pad thai and that was great as well. The service is prompt and enjoyable without being overbearing or visiting too much. Because the restaurant is so small you may have to wait a little bit longer for return trips to your table, but it's not anything that should scare you off. The prices here are fabulous. When you can eat dinner for two for less than $30 that's a win in my book. Especially when the food is as good as it is. It's just a wonderful, amazing, delicious, local, neighborhood Thai food place!!

Joy’s Thai Cuisine never disappoints! Every time I visit, I have to order their delicious papaya salad—one of my absolute favorites. On top of that, the service is always excellent. The staff is so nice and friendly, making every experience enjoyable. I also love their new ceiling decoration with flowers—it adds such a beautiful touch to the atmosphere. I highly recommend everyone to come and try their amazing Thai food—the best and only one in Lakeville! ????????

Joy's is a hidden gem in the cities. I'm not a huge Asian fan but this place is the exception. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is incredible, and Joy is such a pleasure to see. You get a lot of food for the price, and if you eat it once you'll want to keep coming back. It can be challenging to see driving by, but it is well worth the find.

Absolutely loved this Thai restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced—each dish had just the right mix of spice, sweetness, and depth. I ordered the pad see ew and the chicken and veggies were perfectly cooked. Others in our party ordered curries and they were rich and aromatic. The portions were generous without feeling heavy. The service was warm and attentive, making the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. Cozy atmosphere, great prices, and consistently delicious food. This is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends.

First time here. It was fantastic! I don't know why we waited so long. We'll definitely be back! My husband & I shared the cheese wontons & the pad cashew nut entree. The only negative was the diet coke was flat. When I asked about it, the server offered me a can of diet coke instead. Much better. When the bill came, we were charged $3.99 for the soda. The can costs $2.00. We asked if we could pay just the can price. The server said no. The server said I ordered the soda so I had to pay for it. No charge for the can though. Overall, a great experience!

Four of us stopped for lunch. I split the shrimp spring rolls. They were large and looked like fireworks or shrimp. Very tasty as were both dipping sauces. I had the vegetable stir fry. We all enjoyed our meals and plan to return. Highly recommend!

This was our first time at Joy’s Thai Lakeville and we will definitely be back there. Awesome experience of Thai food. And I dare say it could be the best Thai food I’ve had in a long time. Definitely near Twin Cities. Friendly and courteous service. Clean atmosphere. Spacious seating. Great for families and friends. Good enough parking. (We had to park a little farther due to common parking lot for the strip mall) Ah-mazing food! We ordered an appetizer, and 2 mains. They did not disappoint a bit. Crab rolls were simply awesome I started and finished with the starter. Tom Yum soup was warm and absolutely yummy! And their very special drunken noodles (their famous dish) was super satisfying. Best Thai food we had in a long time! Definitely recommended! Go eat at Joy’s Thai!
